Yes, I am a binge eater but have found that when I Binge on good foods like veggies and fruits and spice sandwiches, I feel tons and tons better than when I Binged on junk foods.

AHC also stresses the importance of developing a Change Of Heart and a Good Attitude towards Physical Activities as a Lifetime Lifestyle, thus leading to better health.

In between running the Kids around to and from school, to and from school activities, dance and skating classes, coming home from work beat, helping with homework, neighborhood parties and gatherings, personal events, parting the hair of his legislators with a baseball bat, there is NO TIME for the gym nor fancy exercise machines.
